Tasks

• Responsibility for the management of the Technical Repercussion Sheet (TRS) and change management – Ensuring efficient management and tracking of changes
• Initial assessment of ESI impact – Analysis and evaluation of the impact of changes on ESI (Engineering Systems Integration)
• Coordination of engineering service providers – commissioning and managing external engineering service providers to implement changes
• Efficient ticket management in ICC-CADB and ICC-ACP – Management and prioritization of tickets in the ICC-CADB and ICC-ACP systems for smooth processing
• Conducting reviews and creating the agenda, leading meetings and reporting – Ensuring structured and targeted communication through reviews, meetings and regular reporting
• Operational support for the Engineering Change Leader (ECL) – Supporting the ECL in the implementation of engineering changes and coordinating the relevant processes
• Assistance for the Product Change Leader (PCL) – supporting the PCL in planning and implementing product changes
• Design Office Support and Interface Management – Contact person for the Design Office and responsible interface to Configuration and Change Management

Qualification

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, aircraft construction or engineering, at least at technician or specialist level
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of change management, configuration management, engineering and project management
• Experience in process improvement and implementation of optimization measures in technical projects
• Sound expertise in Windows, ICC and PDMLink (product data management system), especially in the use of PDMlink A350 as well as advanced know-how in Google Workspace and initial experience with CATIA V5 and in using the Taksy tool is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and advanced knowledge of English
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
