Tasks

  • Ensuring the operational readiness of CNC production systems through maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Supporting the installation and commissioning of new systems as well as technical acceptance
  • Planning and carrying out maintenance and servicing work on complex production systems with a focus on electronics, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of riveting systems as well as optimization of components and software
  • Carrying out precise fault diagnosis and rectification using diagnostic tools
  • Data backup of the system software
  • Creation of detailed documentation for efficient fault analysis and rectification and for sustainable process improvement
  • Optimization and continuous improvement of system performance through innovative maintenance strategies and state-of-the-art technologies

Qualification

  • Completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician in the field of plant and systems engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Basic knowledge of control and regulation technology
  • Confident handling of system malfunctions and ability to develop proactive measures to increase system availability
  • Good PC skills
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system as well as occasional on-call duty (approx. once a month) and possible weekend work
  • Existing work permit for the EU
