Tasks

• Preparation and delivery of theoretical and practical training content in the field of electrical systems / avionics as part of the IHK vocational training program
• Creation of training materials and development of practical training objects
• Supervision and guidance of trainees during practical instruction
• Documentation of training progress through course records
• Instruction on safety, environmental and social standards
• Moderation of group work and goal-oriented exchange with participants
• Promotion of personal responsibility and social skills among trainees

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, electrical technician or comparable technical qualification, combined with further training as a certified technician or master craftsman
• Extensive professional experience in mechanics, precision mechanics, industrial mechanics, electronics, manufacturing / production, technical documentation and IT
• Strong knowledge and experience in knowledge transfer / teaching, including lecturing and presenting, as well as familiarity with labor and social legislation, vocational training regulations, and occupational, environmental and health laws
• In-depth technical expertise in electronics and military aviation technology
• AdA certificate (German Train-the-Trainer qualification)
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office and SAP, as well as experience with digital tools in vocational training
• Native-level German language skills (C2 level)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
