Tasks

  • Inspections according to defined standards for final inspections, conformity, stop points, FAI, functional tests, rework and critical activities including relevant documentation
  • Analysing quality and technical incidents in the workshop area that have an impact on quality costs and performing targeted root cause analyses
  • Coordinating the implementation of containment measures as well as corrective and preventive actions by the responsible departments in collaboration with multifunctional teams
  • Supporting the smooth production process by quickly dealing with quality issues and preventing foreign body damage
  • Responsibility for the creation and validation of component assemblies and associated delivery documents
  • Ensuring product configuration, conformity and airworthiness of assemblies in accordance with applicable standards
  • Certification of assemblies and professional issuance of EASA Form 1 documentation

Qualification

  • Completed commercial or technical training supplemented by further training as a technician or business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management
  • Part 66 module training and a CS CAT-B1 licence are desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and Google Suite
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Existing work permit for the EU
