The gross annual salary ranges between €82,500 and a maximum of €85,400, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (student visas are not required).

Tasks

Participation in the design of industrial systems for Airbus plants and final assembly lines
Support of key industrialization projects with a focus on production line design and measurable results
Evaluation of existing and future production solutions and recommendation of optimizations using digital tools
Further development of methods and standards for manufacturing line design to implement strategic business objectives

Qualification

Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical degree program
Many years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production planning/production control, process improvement, and several years of experience in interface management
Experience in the design of industrial systems as well as excellent knowledge of lean management, change management, and basic knowledge of Kaizen
Confident use of Google Workspace
Fluent English (at least C1 level), knowledge of German is an advantage
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. once per month)
Resume in English required
