Tasks

• Carrying out supplier selection, obtaining quotations, technical clarification and checking invoices
• Coordination, instruction and monitoring of external company services including creation of work instructions
• Operation and maintenance of technical systems and buildings
• Planning and monitoring maintenance in accordance with the defined Airbus processes
• Creation and maintenance of inspection, maintenance and testing schedules and coordination of timely execution by external service providers
• Managing maintenance service providers to ensure that services are provided on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Scheduling, commissioning and monitoring of expert inspections for systems subject to mandatory inspections and structural systems
• Ensuring the operation, maintenance and repair of facilities, buildings and infrastructure in compliance with legal requirements in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health
• Preparing and participating in internal and external audits in the respective area of responsibility
• Monitoring and analysing the defined key performance indicators (KPI)

Qualification

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics at least as a technician or business administrator and ideally additional technical training in the field of electrical engineering, fire protection, safety engineering, mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in construction and project management
• Sound knowledge of technical/industrial building equipment and maintenance
• Good expertise in DIN, VDE, VDS regulations as well as technical and structural fire protection (stationary extinguishing systems)
• Experience with fire alarm systems and safety technology required
• In-depth user knowledge of SAP and expertise with Google Workspace
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• Willingness to be on call (approx. 8–10 weeks per year) and an unrestricted EU work permit
