Tasks

Central point of contact for authorization management concerning SAP users and production-related systems (PEA/ARP, PDA)
User support for SAP systems as the first point of contact for inquiries and issues
Incident management: recording, documenting and escalating recurring IT disruptions
Creation and maintenance of training materials and conducting target group-specific training sessions
Support during system testing after updates and processing of change requests
Maintenance of the SAP system environment in close coordination with the respective departments
Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and processes

Qualification

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field of study
Extensive experience in production planning and manufacturing engineering
Several years of experience in production control, project management, and working with IT systems
In-depth knowledge of SAP/MM-PP and experience with Google Workspace
Ideally, experience with Skywise or comparable data analytics tools
Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1)

A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
