Tasks

• Supporting the project management of defense projects
• Independent coordination of scheduling and process planning as well as creation of complex schedules
• Tracking and monitoring of project progress and continuous updating of complex schedules
• Organization, preparation, implementation and follow-up of schedule meetings
• Supporting the analysis of project progress and deviations and deriving recommendations for action
• Creating evaluations and project progress reports
• Supporting the establishment of configuration management (KM) for defense projects
• Supporting operational change control and applying methods for change processing and special releases for departmental projects

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or engineering, preferably with a specialization in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering or equivalent
• Experience in project management
• Confident handling of MS Project
• Advanced knowledge of English (C1 language level)
• Willingness to undergo extended security checks in accordance with SÜG as part of official VS orders
• Aviation Security AVSEC03D aviation security training required

• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
