Facility Manager Space Management (m/f/x)

Are you experienced in facility management and have a certain affinity with aviation? Our renowned client in Taufkirchen near Munich offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. We are looking for a Facility Manager with a focus on space management who is able to work independently and reliably and is willing to contribute their expertise to our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH. Tasks

  • Maintenance and adaptation of the room database (Planon) according to requirements and changes in utilisation
  • Creation of furnishing layouts and occupancy plans for optimal space utilisation
  • Planning and implementation of relocations and minor conversions, including compliance with fire safety regulations
  • Coordination and management of external service providers and acceptance of the services provided
  • Checking invoices and performance records for cost control purposes
  • Determining relevant KPIs and creating reports for space management
  • Notification and order processing in SAP and Planon for structured process control

Qualification

  • Completed studies in facility management or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in space management and the handling of refurbishment projects required
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder management required
  • Ability to draw plans in AutoCAD is required
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Possession of a valid work permit for the EU (no student visa)
