Flight Line Technician NH90 / Tool support (m/w/d)

Engineering with responsibility – Your role on the Flight Line in Donauwörth
At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on a key role as an Aircraft Mechanic in the technical support of the NH90 helicopter model. Whether it’s installations, troubleshooting or maintenance – you’ll be right at the aircraft where it matters. Apply now – part-time is also possible.

The gross annual salary is up to €46,600. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Technical support in the area of mechanics and hydraulics on the NH90
  • Installation of components into the aircraft
  • Performing and supporting troubleshooting, maintenance and inspection
  • Processing digital work orders
  • Using manual tools, machines and test equipment
  • Working with technical drawings, manufacturing specifications and documentation
  • Documenting work performed in the digital system
  • Ensuring compliance and proper documentation

Qualification

  • Successfully completed training as an aircraft mechanic or comparable technical training (such as industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or construction mechanic, with aviation-specific experience), ideally with a master craftsman's degree
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production or industrial mechanics as well as initial experience in aerospace
  • Knowledge of military logbook management desirable
  • Experience in the maintenance of machines, systems and equipment
  • Business fluent in German (min. C1) and advanced English language skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
