Head of Maintenance (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Development of concepts for merging IT and OT to optimise maintenance
  • Promote collaboration between IT and OT departments for seamless system integration
  • Utilising sensor data and machine data to precisely identify and predict maintenance needs
  • Use data analyses and AI to implement predictive maintenance solutions
  • Protecting systems and data through security guidelines and protective measures
  • Identifying new technologies to increase efficiency in maintenance
  • Further training on IT, OT systems and new maintenance technologies

Qualification

  • Degree in engineering or industrial vocational training with many years of practical experience in relevant areas
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in a technical environment
  • Expertise in PLC controls, data analysis and cyber security
  • Sound knowledge of PLC controls as well as experience in data analysis and cyber security to optimise technical processes an advantage
  • Practical experience in maintenance, especially in dealing with complex systems and processes
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Valid work permit for the European Union
