For our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for you as an HR Administration Coordinator at the Donauwörth site. Tasks

  • Administrative support for HR Business Partners in assigned areas (e.g. recruiting)
  • Maintenance and management of employee data in systems such as Workday and SAP
  • Preparation of analyses and reports on headcount, overtime and absenteeism
  • Development of presentations and informational materials
  • Participation in HR projects and the digitalisation of internal processes
  • Point of contact for parental leave regulations and other HR-related topics

Qualification

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or with a focus on Human Resources
  • Alternatively: Commercial vocational training (e.g. as an industrial clerk or HR clerk) with long-standing professional experience or additional qualification in human resources management
  • Extensive professional experience in Human Resources (HR assistance and administration), commercial administration and IT
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner and in operational HR environments
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and SAP or comparable HR systems
  • Business-fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
