For our client Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a dynamic HR Administration Specialist in Hamburg-Finkenwerder who will take HR work to a new level with their organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and structured working style. Tasks

Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR processes and tools
Implementing individual personnel measures, e.g., contract changes or external recruiting
Maintaining personnel data in Workday and SAP, and creating reports and data analyses
Supporting HR business partners with HR campaigns (e.g., performance & goals, salary review)
Collaboration on the further development and digitalization of internal HR processes
Assumption of tasks in national HR projects and handling of special topics

Qualification

Completed training as a human resources specialist or comparable commercial vocational training with many years of experience
Alternatively: Completed degree in business administration, communication sciences, psychology, economics or comparable
Initial professional experience in personnel administration and human resources
Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP/R3, and Google Workspace
Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
Structured, results-oriented approach to work with a high degree of responsibility and persuasiveness
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
