At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Taufkirchen near Munich, you will take on a responsible role in operational HR work as an HR Administrator. You will manage central processes relating to remuneration, time management and master and transaction data - reliably, legally compliant and in close cooperation with employees and managers. Tasks

  • Implementation of personnel measures such as hiring, transfers and departures
  • Maintenance of master, time management and remuneration data and creation of relevant documents
  • Processing of work orders in Workday
  • Support with payroll accounting including special processes, error checking and correction
  • Creation of certificates and correspondence on HR-relevant topics
  • Advising employees, HR business partners and managers on employment, tax and social security law issues
  • Collaboration on HR projects and special topics as well as general administrative support

Qualification

  • Completed training as a personnel administrator or comparable commercial training, in each case with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel administration and human resources
  • Good knowledge of payroll accounting
  • Sound knowledge of tax, social security and labor law
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP R/3 as well as experience with Workday desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
