HR Administrator at Airbus (m/f/x)

We are looking for a HR Administrator for our client Airbus Operations at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. Are you an organized person with an eye for detail who enjoys modern human resources work? Tasks

  • Advising employees and managers on HR processes and tools
  • Implementing individual personnel measures e.g., contract changes or external recruitment
  • Maintaining and analyzing personnel data, including reporting
  • Supporting HR business partners in HR campaigns such as performance management, equal pay, or salary reviews
  • Collaboration on HR projects and the further development and digitalization of internal processes
  • Supporting young talents such as interns, working students, or PhD candidates

 

Qualification

  • Completed training as a human resources specialist or comparable commercial training
  • Initial professional experience in personnel administration, human resources, and recruitment desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3, and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
