We are currently looking for a dedicated

HR Administrator

 

for our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH at their Manching site. This position is initially limited until May 31, 2026, with the option of extension. If you enjoy operational HR work, are confident using digital HR systems, and have a knack for collaborative communication, Airbus is the right place for you. Tasks

  • Administrative support for personnel-related measures such as hiring, transfers, or contract extensions
  • Independent processing of HR transactions in Workday and maintenance of data in SAP and other personnel systems
  • Point of contact for departments and managers for questions regarding HR processes and topics
  • Participation in HR campaigns such as develop, team, or salary reviews
  • Collaboration with other HR departments e.g., payroll, pensions, and specialist departments
  • Support in the digitization and further development of internal HR processes
  • Collaboration on project-related HR topics and close coordination with the works council

 

 

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training with a focus on human resources or additional training in human resources management
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (detailed functions)
  • Experience with Workday or comparable HR systems desirable
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
