Tasks

  • Coordination of recruitment activities in day-to-day operations
  • Preparation and publication of job postings
  • Correspondence with candidates, scheduling of interviews and support throughout the selection process
  • Support throughout the entire recruitment process – from application to employment contract
  • Preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts, reference letters and works council notifications
  • Involvement in the onboarding process of new employees
  • First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
  • Maintenance and archiving of employee-related documentation

Qualification

  • Completed commercial vocational training or qualification as certified HR specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruiting and HR administration
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Strong initiative, team and communication skills, quick comprehension and high IT affinity
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
