HR Business Partner at Airbus (m/f/x)

An exciting opportunity awaits you in Manching at Airbus Defence and Space GmbH. As an HR Business Partner, you will advise managers at eye level, actively shape personnel processes, and ensure that change projects are handled with a human touch. Tasks

  • Advising managers on all HR-related matters – from planning to implementation
  • Managing HR processes such as hiring, transfers, terminations, and succession planning
  • Conducting employee and development discussions and providing support with disciplinary actions
  • Supporting organizational changes and implementing collective bargaining measures
  • Representing HR policies and actions to the works council and employees
  • Participating in the development and negotiation of local collective agreements
  • Designing and delivering training programs for managers
  • Contributing to HR-focused projects

Qualification

  • Completed Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a comparable field of study/training with a focus on HR or management
  • Professional experience in operational HR functions
  • Basic knowledge of individual and collective labour law as well as the collective bargaining agreements of the metal industry
  • Experience in managing HR projects
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Workday is desirable
  • Business fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
