Tasks

  • Guide managers in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, transfers, training, and succession planning
  • Conduct employee dialogues, including development, absence, disciplinary and transfer discussions
  • Support organizational changes with a focus on HR-related matters
  • Contribute to local collective agreements and represent HR topics to the works council
  • Coordinate job evaluations and implement compensation adjustments
  • Communicate HR policies and processes to business units
  • Participate in HR projects and support process improvements

Qualification

  • Completed master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a comparable degree or training with a focus on human resources or management
  • Professional experience in an operational HR environment and ideally in other HR functions (e.g., organizational development, compensation & social relations)
  • Basic knowledge of individual and collective labor law as well as collective bargaining agreements in the metal industry
  • Experience in managing HR projects
  • Specialized knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
