Tasks

Guide managers in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, transfers, training, and succession planning
Conduct employee dialogues, including development, absence, disciplinary and transfer discussions
Support organizational changes with a focus on HR-related matters
Contribute to local collective agreements and represent HR topics to the works council
Coordinate job evaluations and implement compensation adjustments
Communicate HR policies and processes to business units
Participate in HR projects and support process improvements

Qualification

Completed master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a comparable degree or training with a focus on human resources or management
Professional experience in an operational HR environment and ideally in other HR functions (e.g., organizational development, compensation & social relations)
Basic knowledge of individual and collective labor law as well as collective bargaining agreements in the metal industry
Experience in managing HR projects
Specialized knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
