Tasks

• Providing and managing HR services for a specific organizational unit in cooperation with the company
• Advising the company on all people-related matters
• Promote the implementation of business HR plans and support the publication and analysis of HR metrics and reports for management
• Transferring and applying HR policies, E&C standards and national labor regulations to management
• Ensure consistent and aligned implementation of compensation, performance, training and hiring policies
• Support and promote the development of all employees
• Ensuring appropriate follow-up management

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, international management or economics 
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner
• Expert knowledge of labor and social security law is required
• Knowledge of Workday is desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office & SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
