Our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder is looking for an HR Employee with a structured, proactive way of working, a high sense of responsibility and strong communication skills at all levels. Join us in shaping performance-orientated and modern HR processes!

Depending on qualifications, the gross annual salary is between €55,300 and a maximum of €58,300. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Implementation of personnel-related measures such as changes to employment contracts and external recruitment
  • Maintaining personnel data and creating reports and analyses
  • Supporting the HR business partners in company-wide HR campaigns
  • Participation in the digitalization and further development of internal HR processes
  • Participation in national HR projects and processing of special topics
  • Supervision of interns and working students as part of early career management

Qualification

  • Completed training as a personnel officer or a commercial apprenticeship with many years of professional experience
  • First professional experience in personnel administration and human resources
  • Experience with administrative personnel processes and HR systems
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English, at least C1 level
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU
