HR Employee at Airbus (m/f/x)

We are looking for a dedicated HR Employee on behalf of our client Airbus Operations GmbH at the Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel site. Tasks

  • Advising and supportingthe department with administrative HR processes and tools
  • Managing and implementing individual personnel measures such as transfers and contract changes
  • Providing administrative support during recruiting activities
  • Maintaining HR master data and preparing reports
  • Supporting HR campaigns (e.g. performance, goal setting, salary reviews) in collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Contributing to HR projects and corporate initiatives

 

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as human resources specialist or comparable commercial qualification with long-standing professional experience
  • Alternatively: Completed university degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration, general human resources and in assistance / secretarial roles
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Initial user experience with SAP and working knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • CV in English required
  • Valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
