HR Manager / HR Business Partner at Airbus (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Point of contact for managers and employees on all operational HR issues
  • Responsibility for recruiting, contract drafting, and compensation systems
  • Planning and management of personnel development measures
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and collective bargaining requirements in the area of human resources
  • Active participation in the optimization of existing HR processes and the introduction of new workflows
  • Management of HR sub-projects, e.g., in health management
  • Representation of the company vis-à-vis external bodies such as authorities or universities

 

Qualification

  • Successfully completed degree in psychology, business administration, or economics (at least a bachelor's degree)
  • Many years of professional experience in HR business partnering and human resources
  • Extensive experience in recruiting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and initial experience with SAP
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
