Tasks

  • Analysis of the results of the group-wide employee survey “involve me!”
  • Preparation of the results for the Executive Board, co-determination bodies, and other stakeholders
  • Advising managers and employees on the content and results of the survey
  • Contact person for HR experts in various areas of the Group
  • Collaboration with the IT provider on the digital presentation of the survey and evaluation
  • Quality assurance of the feedback results on the digital platform

Qualification

  • Completed degree in psychology or a comparable field of study
  • Experience in the statistical analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Familiarity with digital HR processes
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
