Tasks

Managing the entire recruiting process in close coordination with hiring managers
Publishing and managing job advertisements
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies, in particular active sourcing
Screening, interview planning, and conducting job interviews
Creating qualified selection lists and coordinating interviews with the departments
Communicating feedback and rejections to applicants
Maintaining and expanding talent pools for long-term recruitment
Participating in recruiting events to maintain networks and strengthen the employer brand

Qualification

Completed training or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in in-house recruiting or at a personnel consulting firm
Confident use of recruiting methods and online sourcing tools
Very good knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
