Tasks

Planning personnel deployment for defined specialist areas, including monitoring of operational processes
Processing payroll-related working time data in consultation with managers and employees
Making corrections and monitoring time data in compliance with legal and operational requirements
Coordinating training and qualifications in accordance with requirement profiles
Supporting personnel administration
Taking on special tasks as instructed by the manager

Qualification

Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an office management assistant or human resources assistant
Professional experience in human resources desirable (personnel planning, payroll accounting, controlling)
Knowledge of time data processing and administrative HR processes is an advantage
You are familiar with common IT systems in the field of human resources
German language skills (at least C1), English language skills at A2 level sufficient
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
