Tasks

  • Planning personnel deployment for defined specialist areas, including monitoring of operational processes
  • Processing payroll-related working time data in consultation with managers and employees
  • Making corrections and monitoring time data in compliance with legal and operational requirements
  • Coordinating training and qualifications in accordance with requirement profiles
  • Supporting personnel administration
  • Taking on special tasks as instructed by the manager

Qualification

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an office management assistant or human resources assistant
  • Professional experience in human resources desirable (personnel planning, payroll accounting, controlling)
  • Knowledge of time data processing and administrative HR processes is an advantage
  • You are familiar with common IT systems in the field of human resources
  • German language skills (at least C1), English language skills at A2 level sufficient
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
