Tasks

Supporting activities in the daily operation of the training center
Ensuring that technical equipment and facilities are in perfect condition in cooperation with external service providers
Maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the entire area of responsibility
Supporting technical processes and minor maintenance work
Communicating with internal departments and coordinating in the event of malfunctions
Reporting and tracking technical problems
Assisting with safety-related inspections and tests

Qualification

Completed training as a caretaker, facility manager, building technician, janitor, gas station attendant, or locksmith
Several years of professional experience in technical facility management or similar fields
Independent and structured way of working
Confident use of IT applications, especially basic Office programs
Good communication skills and confident manner in a team
Basic knowledge of English (at least A2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
