Industrial Clerk as Team Assistant (m/f/x)

Do you have a talent for organization and can keep track of things even in hectic times? Do you enjoy organizing processes efficiently and supporting teams with your structured way of working? Then we are looking for you as an Industrial Clerk for our client ArianeGroup GmbH in Bremen.

This position is available full-time or part-time for 20 hours. The gross annual salary is approximately €39,000 for a full-time position. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  •  Planning, implementation, coordination and control of administrative procedures and coordination with other departments
  • Implementation of business correspondence, organization of meetings and events as well as management and monitoring of scheduling
  • Supervision of time management, budget tracking and travel organization
  • Creation and optimization of presentation documents and content documentation (in Confluence and Sharepoint)
  • Procurement and management of office supplies and requisitions in SAP
  • Supervision of young people in the department and support with their recruitment and onboarding

 

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training or vocational training as an industrial clerk or office communications clerk
  • Several years of professional experience in secretarial and assistance, administration and office management
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP, knowledge of Confluence and Sharepoint is desirable
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Possession of a valid work permit for the EU (no student visa)
