As a Industrial Integration Coordinator at our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will play a key role in the configuration and production integration of the A320 family. This is where technical expertise, international project work and quality assurance come together – and you will play an active role in shaping the future. Tasks

Coordination of change processes in the production environment of the A320 family
Definition and implementation of integration strategies in close cooperation with production, engineering and supply chain
Monitoring of industrial plans and early detection of deviations
Communication with international interfaces such as production sites, suppliers and final assembly lines
Participation in the continuous improvement of industrial integration processes
Support for digitalisation and lean projects
Ensuring the timely implementation of customer requirements and technical changes

Qualification

Completed degree in a technical field, international management or supply chain management
Many years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, as well as experience in configuration management and manufacturing/production
In-depth knowledge of stakeholder management
Basic knowledge of change management, project management and total quality management
Previous experience in the aerospace industry desirable
Knowledge of Google Workspace, SAP and aircraft IT configuration systems (e.g. ICC, ACC2, ACP) is an advantage
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
CV in English required
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
