Tasks

• Carrying out periodic tests to ensure the safety, contour and functional requirements of production equipment and facilities
• Repairing and modifying systems and tools to restore and optimise operational readiness
• Maintenance and repair of production equipment on the basis of inspections, complaints and preventive measures
• Creation and customisation of production aids to support efficient production processes and improve process reliability
• Assembly and disassembly of assemblies in accordance with technical specifications and quality requirements
• Production and adaptation of spare parts for production equipment and production systems to minimise downtimes
• Precise measurements with laser trackers, optical and mechanical measuring equipment to ensure maximum dimensional accuracy and quality
• Documentation of test and measurement results for traceability and optimisation of production and maintenance processes

Qualification

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic or fitter (construction fitter, machine fitter)
• Several years of professional experience in industrial mechanics or metalworking
• Good IT skills, especially in MS Office (detailed functions)
• Business fluent German and initial knowledge of English
• Forklift licence available or successfully completed
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for smooth cooperation
• High flexibility, manual dexterity and creative problem-solving skills for a wide range of technical challenges
