Tasks

Analysis and optimization of existing administrative processes
Project management for the implementation and execution of centralized tools and workflows
Coordination and development of new processes within the organization
Interface management for change requests and their evaluation
Standardization and documentation of processes
Offer calculation and preparation for Airbus Operations GmbH
Implementation of location-specific as well as cross-site improvement initiatives

Efficiency enhancement through targeted process improvements

Qualification

Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on engineering or business administration
Several years of professional experience in process planning and process improvement
In-depth knowledge of project and process management
General IT affinity and confident use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio
Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
