Tasks

• Responsibility for the implementation and integration of Power BI dashboards in the shopfloor environment
• Project management and coordination of all relevant stakeholders (IT, production, works council, external partners)
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling milestones, budgets, and resources
• Procurement, installation, and commissioning of technical infrastructure (e.g. touchscreens, cameras, speakers)
• Ensuring user account management and compliance with IT security policies
• Alignment of legal frameworks, e.g. works council agreements and data protection compliance
• Continuous improvement of dashboard solutions through feedback loops with departments
• Close collaboration with BI developers and the Shopfloor Competence Center

Qualification

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, production engineering or comparable qualification
• Long-term experience in project management, ideally in a production or IT-related environment
• Knowledge in shopfloor management and lean methods beneficial
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and BI systems (e.g. Power BI, networking technologies)
• Very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
