For ARTS Holding, in collaboration with FPA Services GmbH in Dresden, we are looking for a motivated Junior Controller who will work with us to further develop processes, bring numbers to life, and help shape decisions – part-time positions are also welcome!

As part of the ARTS Group – experts in engineering and manufacturing services, technology consulting, and HR services in high-tech industries such as aerospace – and FPA Services, a leading provider of efficient accounting services, you will be the interface between both worlds and actively drive our controlling forward.

Tasks

Reporting & planning – Preparation of monthly reports and support with corporate planning
Process optimization – Further development of our controlling system and involvement in the design of our ERP system (Odoo)
Analyses & key figures – Evaluation of financial, operational, and customer key figures as a basis for strategic decisions
Projects & special tasks – Taking on exciting ad hoc analyses and project-related tasks

Qualification

Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in controlling or corporate planning
Very good Excel skills and affinity for digital tools
Analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach to work, and strong communication skills
Openness to new systems and enjoyment of further developing processes
