Junior Controller (m/f/x)

We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking individual who will not only manage our figures, but also bring them to life and derive actionable insights from them.

While the ARTS Group is an expert in engineering and manufacturing services, technology consulting, and HR services in high-tech industries such as aerospace, FPA Services is our leading provider of efficient accounting services. Tasks

Strategic involvement – You will support us in preparing monthly reports and planning. You will provide the basis for identifying operational business drivers and driving the company's success.
Process optimization – You will help us optimize and further develop our finance-oriented controlling and our internal tools (in particular the Odoo ERP system).

Setting the tone – You steer our holding and sales units by analyzing financial, operational, and customer metrics, thereby laying the foundation for important decisions.
Ad hoc analyses – You prepare ad hoc analyses and take on exciting project and special tasks.

Qualification

You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification.
You already have some professional experience in controlling or corporate planning and are very familiar with Excel.
A solution-oriented and forward-looking approach to work is second nature to you.
You are a strong communicator and can convey complex issues in an understandable way.
You are willing to familiarize yourself with new systems such as our ERP system Odoo and break new grounds
