Tasks

• Advising the management and the business units on all legal matters

• Examination, drafting and negotiation of contracts in various fields of law, in particular in the area of contracts for work and services and tenancy law, project contracts, cooperation and non-disclosure agreements

• Enforcement of contractual and legal claims in the interest of the company

• Implementation of claims management

• Examination of warranty claims

Qualification

• Successfully completed 1st and 2nd state law examinations

• Professional experience in an advisory capacity

• Sound knowledge of general contract and general terms and conditions law, public procurement law, VOB/B, damage law and insurance law

• Very good knowledge of English
