Tasks

• Analysis, optimisation and further development of departmental processes to increase efficiency
• Implementing and improving internal lean methods in collaboration with production management
• Employee training on lean methods and tools to promote a continuous improvement culture
• Creating, updating and optimising training materials for lean management
• Planning, management and follow-up of workshops for process improvement
• Taking on and managing sub-projects for the implementation of lean and optimisation measures

Qualification

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration or economics
• Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement
• Good knowledge of change management and basic knowledge of KAIZEN and lean management
• Experience in a production environment is essential, knowledge of Six Sigma is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and fluent in English
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
