We are currently looking for a Logistics and Dispatch Specialist for our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in Immenstaad. The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualification, between €45,000 and a maximum of €59,000. The position is limited until the end of March 2026. Tasks

Support of project management in logistics-related tasks
Shipping of goods and processing of orders
Supplying production with required materials
Creation and maintenance of SD orders in the ERP system (SAP)
Tracking and documentation of customer deliveries

Coordination with the central warehouse and internal departments

Qualification

Completed training in a commercial field (e.g., as an industrial clerk) or logistics field (e.g., as a warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse clerk)
Genuine interest in technical products and processes in the field of aviation / avionics required
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, detailed knowledge of SAP, and experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP SD)
Very good command of German (at least C1) and good command of English (at least B2)
High level of sense of responsibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
