Logistics Coordinator Inventory Management & Process Optimisation (m/f/x)

In this role as Logistics Coordinator at our customer HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in Ulm, you will ensure a smooth flow of goods, optimise stocks and ensure data quality. Tasks

  • Control and monitoring of logistics processes to ensure smooth workflows
  • Developing and maintaining logistics key figures for effective controlling
  • Analysing and correcting incorrect data records to optimise data quality
  • Inventory management and implementation of corrections to ensure correct stock levels
  • Contact person for logistical clarification cases and interface with relevant departments
  • Identifying weak points and implementing corrective measures to improve processes
  • Documentation and creation of instructions for recurring error patterns
  • Planning and carrying out inventories for stock control and optimisation

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office and SAP (SAP MM / SAP EWM)
  • Professional experience in logistics desirable
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
  • Team player with strong communication skills, a solution-orientated way of working and a sense of responsibility
