On behalf of our client, Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for a committed Logistics Coordinator Spare Parts Management & Repair Control for the Rheinmünster location. In this exciting role, you will work directly at the DRF Luftrettung site, ensuring smooth logistic processes in the high-tech aviation environment. Tasks

Manage logistics processes at the Rheinmünster site
Optimize logistics workflows and administrative structures
Create forecasts based on maintenance schedules
Coordinate repairs, delivery times, and returns of key components
Handle and monitor warranty claims
Control delivery processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Organize warehouse replenishment, including order processing and backlog management

Qualification

Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
ALTERNATIVELY: Completed vocational training (e.g. as warehouse logistics specialist or freight forwarding clerk) with further qualification as technician or master craftsman, plus additional supply chain–specific training
Several years of professional experience in scheduling, procurement, purchasing or logistics
Solid working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
German and English language skills at negotiation level (min. C1); French is a plus
Willingness to undergo onboarding in Donauwörth
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
