Tasks

• Monitor and analyze consignment inventory in close coordination with the customer
• Manage internal stakeholders to ensure contract performance and compliance
• Evaluate spare parts and logistics data and derive commercially sound actions based on contractual agreements
• Support planning and control of strategic and operational procurement processes
• Act as an interface between technical and commercial stakeholders
• Ensure delivery performance within the supply chain, particularly in the aviation context

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, aerospace or logistics / supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, operational and strategic procurement, production planning and control, project management and maintenance
• Sound knowledge of the aviation industry, ideally in spare parts management
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP (module MM/SD) and Google Workspace
• Experience with Skywise an advantage
• Business fluent in English (min. C1) and basic German language skills (min. A2)
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 3-4 business trips per year)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
