Tasks

• Analysing and correcting incorrect data records in SAP
• Analysing, checking and correcting stock levels
• Identification of process and IT errors, derivation of optimisation measures
• Creation of reports and analyses for process improvement
• Interface between IT, logistics, production and service providers
• Developing instructions and training employees
• Creation and maintenance of training documents and logistics master data
• Processing of clarification cases in the entire logistics process

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (e.g. warehouse logistics specialist) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Sound knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP MM as well as MS Office
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Team player with good communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
