Logistics Service Technician in Customer Service (m/f/x)

The maximum gross annual salary is €45,600. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit in the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Carrying out the receipt, storage, picking and retrieval of goods
  • Material management and tracking of missing parts, taking into account demand deadlines and customer coordination
  • Ensuring that goods are dispatched on time and in the correct quality from the internal supplier to the outgoing goods department
  • Coordinating orders and dispatch processes through to final delivery
  • Compilation and control of material packages according to construction documents as well as dispatch preparation and document creation
  • Managing goods movements, bookings, receipts and accompanying documents for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Carrying out regular stock checks, including inventories and stock analyses
  • Optimising the flow of materials and monitoring the warehouse areas

Qualification

  • Completed training as a logistics specialist, in a technical field with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator or training in the field of aviation
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, aerospace and material supply
  • Sound IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office, SAP and Google applications
  • Good German and English language skills for communication in an international environment
  • Willingness to provide 24/7 AOG (Aircraft on Ground) services
  • Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
