Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator (m/f/x)

As Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator, you will ensure that every helicopter has a complete life cycle file and that all maintenance measures are precisely documented. With your experience in record keeping and your technical understanding, you will support smooth flight operations and ensure compliance with aviation regulations. If you have an eye for detail, want to manage processes efficiently and work in a dynamic environment, then our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth is the right place for you!

The gross annual salary is max. 45,600 €. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Creating and maintaining the life cycle file of a helicopter
  • Recording and processing of maintenance measures and installations/removals
  • Fast processing of quality problems to ensure the production process
  • Supporting the releasing personnel for flight operations and routine inspections (H135, H145)
  • Compliance with aviation regulations (SB, ASB, AD)
  • Documentation of CV parts for the helicopter CV file
  • Management of log cards and entry of maintenance work

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training with many years of professional experience and additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman
  • Many years of experience in file management
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office and SAP / ERP systems
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a solution-orientated, diligent way of working
