Tasks

  • Technical and commercial management of external service providers in the skilled trades sector
  • Coordination and monitoring of construction-related services in close collaboration with internal departments and external architects
  • Conducting spot checks on service performance and evaluating results
  • Assessing the necessity, scope and costs of maintenance measures and reviewing cost estimates
  • Ensuring the quality of master data in the CAFM system (e.g. FAMOS), including documentation and operational data
  • Quality assurance regarding data maintenance, order processing and deadline tracking
  • Supporting special projects and handling defined additional tasks

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training in construction-related trades, such as bricklayer, roofer or carpenter
  • Several years of professional experience in building maintenance or facility operations
  • In-depth knowledge of building trades, such as carpentry, drywall construction, painting, and flooring
  • Familiarity with building systems and a solid understanding of business management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of technical and regulatory standards and requirements
  • Experience with CAFM software (e.g. FAMOS), as well as SAP, MS Office, and building automation systems
  • Good command of German and English (at least B1 level)
  • Willingness to engage in job-related professional development
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
