Maintenance & Repair Coordinator (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Creation and review of technical maintenance and servicing specifications using metrics and KPIs
  • Management and processing of maintenance projects and process analyses
  • Participation in site planning and organization of spare parts management
  • Coordination and implementation of expert inspections and warranty tracking
  • Develop technical improvement concepts and select the solution according to technical and economic criteria
  • Coordination of external companies and creation of work instructions
  • Develop maintenance planning and standards, monitor and continuously improve
  • Application of digital solutions and industry standards for process optimization

Qualification

  • Completed studies in engineering or in a technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance and project management
  • Basic knowledge of lean management
  • Confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, including early and late shifts
  • Unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
