As a Manager Quality & Process Optimization, you will support Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen in further developing quality processes across multiple programmes. Tasks

Leadership and coordination of complex quality topics and continuous improvement projects
Definition and implementation of action standards for process optimization
Identification and facilitation of improvement potentials in production and quality processes
Execution of operational surveillance to ensure process control and safety
Ensuring repeatability and compliance with standards throughout the entire product lifecycle
Close collaboration with internal interfaces to enhance process reliability

Qualification

Degree as a certified technician or business administrator in project management, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable technical qualification
Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and quality management
In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), Lean Management and Total Quality Management
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
