Tasks

Contract management and negotiation for rentings (tenants and landlords)
Preparation of draft renting agreements based on internal contract templates
Maintenance and administration of contract, space and GIS databases
Independent management of current contracts, including maintenance, renovations and extensions
Planning and control of real estate projects, including budget responsibility and risk management
Internal and external stakeholder coordination, including reporting and decision-making templates
Processing of utility bills, maintenance and dunning
Participation in annual financial statements, management reports and cash flow planning

Qualification

Completed master's/diploma degree in civil engineering, business administration or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in finance and project management
Experience in real estate business
Knowledge of Google Suite, including presentation tools desirable
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
Willingness to travel to Airbus locations in southern Germany
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
