Manufacturing Cost Analyst (m/f/x)

As a product cost specialist in the area of Manufacturing Cost Analysis (MCA), you will manage cost transparency for various helicopter types and drive optimisation. With your expertise as a Manufacturing Cost Analyst, you will support our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth not only in production, but also in strategic decisions throughout the company. Tasks

  • Specialist for product costs in the area of Manufacturing Cost Analysis (MCA) and central contact for Head of Product, Production, Finance and Industrial Programme Officers (IPO)
  • Management and presentation of product cost reports for various helicopter types to the Head of Production and the IPOs
  • Planning MCA product costs for the coming years in collaboration with the cost engineering team
  • Perform calculations and analyses, including support of work preparation and IPOs for different helicopter types
  • Analysing product cost impacts and identifying solutions, especially for new and transfer projects
  • Supporting Purchasing with benchmark analyses and advising on ‘make or buy’ decisions
  • Collaboration on optimisation projects in production and improvement of internal processes and tools

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman
  • OR completed studies in international management, economics or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of controlling, purchasing
  • Experience in financial topics (cost accounting, cost control, budget planning)
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office required, experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) an advantage
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
