Tasks

Coordination of logistics processes between Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning, and Procurement
Ensuring on-time material supply using appropriate means of transport
Maintenance and analysis of logistics data as well as execution of root cause analyses to prevent errors
Monitoring of KPIs related to performance, cost, and quality
Optimization of logistics processes across stations, units, and production sites
Planning and execution of audits in collaboration with the quality management department
Escalation management in case of disruptions in the logistics flow
Compliance with all safety regulations and service level agreements

Qualification

Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics
Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, and supplier management
Initial user experience with SAP and confident handling of Google Workspace
Fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
