Manufacturing Planner Process Optimization Aerospace (m/f/x)

At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Stade, you will take on a central role as a Manufacturing Planner Process Optimization Aerospace in the A350 Wing Upper Cover area. You will optimize production processes, support the introduction of new production lines, and ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time execution throughout the manufacturing chain. Apply now and help shape the production of the A350 with your expertise!

The gross annual salary ranges from €64,000 to a maximum of €67,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Analyze and implement improvement opportunities in the design of the A350 Wing Upper Cover
  • Optimize production processes and support the industrialization of new manufacturing technologies
  • Take responsibility for the Manufacturing Engineering Dossier, including work plans and instructions
  • Plan individual parts for new and serial production, including creation of work plans
  • Create and validate work instructions
  • Identify and resolve production issues
  • Manage and validate non-conformity reports

Qualification

  • Completed technical degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in production planning/control, work preparation, manufacturing engineering, and initial experience in jigs & tools
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Management and process management, as well as solid knowledge in project management
  • Advanced user knowledge of SAP, and initial experience with TiCon
  • Confident use of Google Workspace
  • Fluent German skills (minimum C1) and proficient English skills (minimum B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
